Many device issues can be resolved by trying these common fixes:

  1. Restart your Device (Chromebook / iPad)

  2. Make sure your Chromebook is Updated (Chromebook)

  3. Powerwash your Chromebook (Chromebook)

  4. Clear Cache and Cookies (Chromebook)

  5. Disable Unwanted Extensions

  6. Basic Network Troubleshooting

  7. Ensure device charger is plugged in firmly (Chromebook / iPad)

  8. Contact your Teacher

  9. If all else fails, send the tech department an email with as much detail as possible: support@peasd.org
